User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using OriLauncher, you accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you may not use the Software.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old or meet the minimum age requirement of your jurisdiction to use OriLauncher. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Software with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Conduct

As a user, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Software for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful content through OriLauncher
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of OriLauncher or others
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
• Use the Software to violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Account Responsibility

If OriLauncher requires login or account creation, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breaches.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

5. Updates & Changes

OriLauncher may update this Agreement or the Software at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the Software or via email. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

You are responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement to stay informed of updates.

6. Termination

OriLauncher may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate any terms in this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies from your devices.

You may also terminate this Agreement at any time by discontinuing use of the Software and deleting all copies.

7. Limitation of Liability

OriLauncher is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OriLauncher shall not be liable for any damages resulting from use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage
• Any other commercial damages or losses

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Canada. All disputes must be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.

9. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
